Applicant Requirements
- Each applicant must be an active Christian and in agreement with JFCA’s Statement of Faith.
- The minimum education requirements for a teaching position are as follows:
- For K–12th-Grade Courses
- Bachelor’s degree in the appropriate subject area and/or education level eligibility for an Association for Christian Schools International (ACSI) teacher certificate.
- College-Level Courses
- Graduate degree or higher. You may qualify as an adjunct professor for Truett McConnell University. Through JFCA’s partnership with TMU, JFCA employs the teachers as adjuncts with the college. Specifically, 18 graduate credit hours within a subject area, such as economics/accounting, science, English, history, Latin, or mathematics.
